Roughin' It: Delicate Sensibilities

U of C students, it's said, conduct themselves"seriously" in whatever enterprise they happened to be engaged in. This, I find, is generally true and consequently lends the University its rather pleasantly dorky, humorous, and certifiably cerebral aura.

However, this ordinary species of nerdiness should not be confused with the obnoxious inability to comprehend seriously written but hyperbolically conspicuous satire. I can imagine (and render) the wasted pathos and critical thought [sic] that went into the responses. Thank you, folks who can't understand obvious jokes, for making our collective day.
