Words fail to capture my disappointment and disgust that circumstances entirely within our control--i.e. the stringency of gun control laws--should ever occasion such a cartoon not once, but multiple times. The caption describes the character of the crime, our present firearms legislation, and the grossly irresponsible rationalization thereof.
