It is now inadvisable to be brown in the state of Arizona.

Personally, I've no issue with a standardized national identification card system (think driver's licenses and state-issued IDs), but requiring individuals to carry and produce proof of citizenship under penalty of arrest--and on suspicions of being an illegal immigrant, no less--is something else altogether, and, quite frankly, it smacks of total moral turpitude.
